Custom Decals and Stickers
Basically everything that is produced for signs starts as a decal - self-adhesive backed vinyl. We can then cut it in shapes or apply it to substrates as needed. If you want a certain shape of decal then we will set it up with a cut line to that shape. We then print the graphic, laminate if necessary and run it through the cutter/plotter. This cut line is known as a contour cut. Thus, any shape can be used for decals to meet your needs. Small or large decals can run through this process. We can then apply the decal to whatever surface you might have. Depending on the surface will also drive the kind of decal material we use. There are different decal vinyl that is applied to flat surfaces as opposed to curved or rough surfaces.

What Type Of Surface Will The Decal Be Applied?
We use a variety of decal material - each has a certain kind of surface it will work best or is design to adhere to. Thus, if you have a decal that needs to go on carpet, concrete, sign panels, a vehicle - each has different decal material that is designed for those surfaces. have a full color print graphic to catch the attention of passers by - potential or returning customers.
Full color decal or Cut Vinyl
Vinyl decal material basically comes in 2 different options. You can either get a spot color vinyl or have vinyl printed to the color you want. Spot color vinyl has a variety of color options and uses. Not every color is available and that is why printing the color you want might work best.
The best reason to use Spot Color Vinyl is that the color should be consistent from one use to another. Thus, if you choose Safety Red on your sign or vehicle graphic and later - say a year later - you want another sign or graphic we can use that same Safety Red to have consistent color. Printing cool vinyl can sometimes be a challenge to get the same consistent color from one printing to another.
The best reason to use a print vinyl is to either get the color that you need that is not offered as a Spot color Vinyl or you want a full color print with a design. And there is where the more modern printers really shine. Full color designs area a wonderful feature of today's sign industry. Thus, vehicle wraps can be incredible with a design that takes advantage of the full color option. The print vinyl option also has 1 other advantage - clear laminate. We apply an additional layer of protection to print vinyl - clear laminate. Not only will this protect the print from the harmful sun or weather but it will give added protection from abrasion. Laminate is certain not bullet proof but it does gave more protection than a bare piece of vinyl.
