Custom Cut Shapes
Have you ever wondered how certain designs are created where the design is a cut shape? Typically, a CNC Router is used in the creation or production of the display or sign. The artwork has the graphic such as the BMCC Wolf Mascot and with a DXF line the computerized router can cut the shape to fit the design. Then applying the full color graphic on the face of the cut out makes the design come to life.
There are a variety of material to be used as well. High density foam board or Gator Board is a light weight material is great for cut out shapes. Other materials for exterior use is also available such as metal composite.
Once the design is created a cut line can be added to create the ability to cut out the shape or sign board. Signs will become more creative and unique, cut letters can be created or unique designs will become 3D when cut and graphic are applied. Your imagination is all it takes with some creative ability by a designer to make it all happen.
