Project History

Pendleton School District - District Wide Upgrade - Pendleton, Oregon

The next phase of upgrades for the Pendleton School District is to remodel both West Hills and Lincoln Elementary Schools. The District Wide Upgrade project will provide additional space for education and administration offices. This project started in June2016. Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company was the General Contractor on this project.

Sherman County Weed Control Building - Moro, Oregon

The new Sherman County Weed Control building is now completed. Creative Signs had the portion of the project for signage and other accessories. The project was completed in the spring of 2017. Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company was the General Contractor on this project.

Elgin Family Health Center Project - Elgin, Oregon

The Elgin Family Health Center located in Elgin, Oregon was started in September 2016. WC Construction Inc. was the General Contractor on this project. The door panel signs were produced by Inpro Corporation and the dimensional lettering was produced by Gemini Sign Products. The end result was a great look and even better colors!

New Tribal Language Signs at Washington Elementary - Pendleton, Oregon

The Native American Language Project at Washington Elementary School is an effort in the Pendleton School District to advance these languages. The article in the East Oregonian provides details of the project.

Athena Pool Cabana - Athena, Oregon

The Athena Pool Cabana building located in Athena, Oregon was started in the summer of 2017. WC Construction Inc. was the General Contractor on this project. The dimensional lettering was produced by Gemini Sign Products. The end result was a great look and even better colors!

Lifeway's Aspen Springs Psychiatric Hospital Project - Hermiston, Oregon

The Aspen Springs Psychiatric Hospital Project located in Hermiston, Oregon will be getting started in June 2016 - working on sign submittals. WC Construction Inc. was the General Contractor on this project. The door panel signs were produced by Inpro Corporation and the dimensional lettering was produced by Gemini Sign Products. The end result was a great look and even better colors! The install of the interior signs took place in November 2017.

Sherman County Courthouse - Moro, Oregon

The Sherman County Courthouse Project located in Moro, Oregon was started in the spring of 2017. Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company was the General Contractor on this project. Creative Signs installed the sign package.

Heppner Community Counseling Solutions - Heppner, Oregon

Yellowhawk Tribal Health Clinic - Pendleton, Oregon

The Yellowhawk Tribal Health Clinic project located here in Pendleton, Oregon was started in spring of 2017. Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company was the General Contractor on this project. Creative Signs provided window film for several doors and windows. The window film is a 3M Window Film product. - Dust Crystal WIndow Film.

Nueva Vista Phase II - Kennewick, Washington

The Nueva Vista Phase II Project consists of a 28 unit apartment building complex and is Phase II of this project. and was started in the fall of 2017. WC Construction Inc. was the General Contractor on this project. The dimensional lettering was produced by Gemini Sign Products. The end result was a great look and even better colors!
